Popular magnetic bracelets worn to relieve the agony of arthritis really work, a study of sufferers suggests. The gadgets "significantly reduce" pain if the magnetic field is strong enough, the research shows. They were tested by medical experts commissioned by Britain's Arthritis Research Campaign to try to establish conclusively if they were effective or a marketing gimmick. Researchers used patients aged 45 to 80 who had osteoarthritis of the hip or knee. Some were given a standard-strength magnetic bracelet, others a weak one, and the rest a dummy version. The researchers found pain was significantly reduced in the patients wearing the standard bracelet compared to the dummy one. There was little difference between the group wearing weak magnets and those wearing the dummy magnets, says a report on the study in the latest issue of the BRITISH MEDICAL JOURNAL. I recently had the good fortune...

I recently had the good fortune to try one of your rings and your elegance bracelet. The middle finger on my right hand had been very painful from arthrits for some time, after wearing the gold ring for just 24 hours I had relief for the first time in a long time. All the finger joints on my left hand were also very painful so I wore the bracelet on my wrist. The results were the same with 24 hours I had a lot less pain and now only take it off for showers. Now I can move both of my arms...

I Purchased a magnetic necklace 2 weeks ago. Both my shoulders were full of arthritis for years. Now I can move both of my arms and comb my hair. The pain is all gone on left side, about 20% left in the right side. I just purchased 2 necklaces, one for my son and one for a friend. Col stonebridge.
